1.1 Account Creation: To access our services, you must create an account on Protijogi. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

1.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or become a franchisee holder.

2.1 Free Services: Protijogi offers free educational content, admission counselling, career counselling, employment news, and competition guides.

2.2 Paid Quiz Competitions: Protijogi arranges paid quiz competitions where participants can win rewards. Approximately 83% of participants, excluding the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd position holders, will receive a portion of the total entry amount as a reward.

2.3 Spoken English Classes: Protijogi offers Spoken English classes through various packages with monthly fees. All fees paid for Spoken English classes are strictly non-refundable.

3.1 Role: As a franchisee holder, your main job is to motivate participants to create accounts on the portal and participate in hourly quiz competitions.

3.2 Allowances: Franchisee holders are eligible for two types of allowances:
- Promotional Allowance: Earned by participating in hourly quiz competitions.
- Performance Allowance: Earned based on two criteria:
  1. A minimum of 100 referrals to the portal.
  2. At least 30% of total referrals participating in the respective slot of the quiz competition.

3.3 Payment: Franchisee holders can request withdrawal of their generated allowances. The amount will be credited to the franchisee holder's account within 24 hours of the request.

3.4 Deductions:
- Government Norms: Deductions as per the state and central government norms of India.
- Portal Maintenance Charges: A 1% deduction for portal maintenance.

4.1 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India.

4.2 False Allegations: If anyone issues or raises false allegations against Protijogi, and these allegations are proven false, the individual will be liable to pay INR 50 Lakh to Protijogi for defamation of the organization.

5.1 Termination by Protijogi: Protijogi reserves the right to terminate your account or franchisee status at any time for violation of these terms and conditions.

5.2 Termination by User: You may terminate your account or franchisee status at any time by contacting customer support.

5.3 Spoken English Class Termination: Protijogi reserves the right to terminate access to Spoken English classes for any student found violating the code of conduct or payment terms. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

6.1 No Liability: Protijogi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

6.2 The Portal provides content for informational purposes only. Protijogi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Portal.

6.3 Limitation: In no event shall Protijogi be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Portal.

6.4 Spoken English Classes: Protijogi makes no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes from Spoken English classes. Individual results may vary based on student participation and effort.

7.1 Changes to Terms: Protijogi reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

8.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in jalpaiguri Jurisdiction.

9.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Protijogi regarding your use of the Portal.

9.3 Spoken English Class Policies:
- All fees must be paid in advance before accessing classes
- Class schedules are subject to change with prior notice
- Students must maintain proper decorum during classes
- Recordings of classes are for personal use only and may not be distributed
